You may return any unopened item (excluding skincare, haircare, and makeup products) in its original condition, including the original packaging and packing slip, within 15 days of receipt. You will receive a full refund, but shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on skincare, haircare, or makeup products. Please choose carefully before purchasing.
If you return an item, shipping costs will not be reimbursed unless the return is due to our error.
Martinscosmetics.com reserves the right to refuse any return, refund, or exchange if we believe the return policy is being misused, abused, or if fraud is suspected.
How to return if you purchased online?
You must have a purchase order number from the purchase, along with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before shipping your return.
Please include your RMA number inside the return package so we can process it quickly.

Important Return Instructions
Please use a trackable shipping service such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS with delivery confirmation.
We are not responsible for lost packages or returns that we cannot track. The carrier is responsible.
