• Apply on Pulse Points
Apply fragrance to areas where the pulse is strongest — such as wrists, neck, behind the ears, and inside the elbows. These warm spots help diffuse the scent for a more seductive and lasting effect. Spray the fragrance at a distance of 15 to 20 cm (6 to 8 inches) from the skin.
• Avoid Rubbing
Rubbing your wrists together after applying perfume can break down the scent molecules and reduce the longevity of the fragrance.
• Moisturize Before Applying
Dry skin can cause fragrance to evaporate more quickly. Applying a moisturizer beforehand helps the scent last longer. Since damp skin retains scent better, it's ideal to apply fragrance right after a shower and before getting dressed.
• Use the “Spray and Walk Through” Technique
For a lighter, more diffused application, spray the fragrance into the air and walk through the mist. This provides an even distribution of the scent across your body.
• Don’t Overapply
Using too much fragrance can be overwhelming. A few well-placed sprays are enough to enjoy the scent without overdoing it.
• Consider the Type of Fragrance
Fragrances with base notes like resins, musks, and woods tend to last longer than floral scents. Keep this in mind when choosing and applying your perfume.
• Try Fragrance Layering
Experiment with combining different fragrances to create a unique scent that reflects your personality. Layering can enhance depth and complexity.
• Avoid Spraying on Clothing Applying perfume on clothes may stain the fabric and won’t last as long as it does on skin.
• Store Fragrance Properly
Keep your fragrance in a cool, dark place to preserve its quality and extend its shelf life.
